Adam Koblenz is a New York-based entertainment attorney with years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, IP law, and corporate law for film-based LLCs and production companies. He has negotiated on contracts with numerous high-profile companies and name talent. He has represented independent films as production attorney. With an office in New York, he has worked with companies that have presence around the world, including LA and London. In addition to his legal career, Adam also has experience directing, producing and writing film.

Adam has also produced independent feature films, and written and directed his own films. He has screened his own short films at film festivals around the country. As an attorney with an understanding of both the legal and creative side of the business, Adam helps his clients by providing practical legal assistance and insight into how to efficiently make their creative visions a reality.

Adam completed his undergraduate degree from George Washington University and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He studied screenwriting at New York University. Adam is admitted to the bar in New York State.
